Located in El Sauzal, this villa offers a spacious holiday home of 268 m², ideal for up to 8 people. You will find 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing suitable accommodation for groups or families. The fully equipped private kitchen allows you to prepare meals as you wish. Included amenities are air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. In addition, you have a private jacuzzi, barbecue, and access to shared ping-pong and gym equipment. Families with children will appreciate the available cot and high chair.  
  
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, covered and uncovered terraces, and a balcony with mountain and sea views. The private heated pool allows you to swim comfortably all year round. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.  
  
There are shared parking options on the property, on the street, and in the garage. Public transport is available nearby and the beach is within walking distance of the villa. Events are not permitted on the property.  
  
Breakfast is included during your stay and self check-in is available for your convenience. The access code will be provided once the check-in form is completed and the security deposit is paid.
