Exclusive and peaceful private villa with pool and fantastic 180 ° Meerbick

  • Carefree holiday in the officially approved holiday home - N ° Cabildo de Tenerife Vv A-38/4. 1696

    Our holiday home is located in the second row of the nearby cliff, in a very quiet residential area with spacious villas and land.
    You have a fantastic view over the sea from all the terraces in the grounds.
    The main house about 120 m² consists of a spacious and light-filled living, dining area with panoramic windows, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite and a fully equipped kitchen.

    Surrounded is this gem with multiple, located at different levels terraces, a well kept garden with a barbecue area and a large pool (8m x 4m). During the winter months, November to April on request, with a heat pump (24 ° C) heated.
    Outside there is a washing machine, a dryer and a drying rack available.
    Note:
    Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.
    Deposit: Please note our own rental agreement.

Sehr schönes, voll eingerichtetes Haus.Die Küche ist vollständig und wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt. Der Grillplatz ist gemütlich und wurde auch von uns mehrfach genutzt.Der Internetauftritt stimmt, alles war o.k. und wir würden das Haus wieder mieten. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich aber das sollte eigentlich klar sein, wenn man auf die Karte guckt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Einfach nur wunderschön und erholsam

Wir waren zehn Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nur perfekt, ganz am Ende einer Sackgasse und man hat das Gefühl, vollkommen alleine zu sein. Man hört nichts außer den Vögeln und den Grillen am Abend und an manchen Tagen das Meeresrauschen . Nachts war eine unglaubliche Ruhe und dank der bequemen Betten konnten wir einfach nur traumhaft schlafen. Eigentlich wollten wir jeden Tag wandern gehen,es war aber in dem Haus so schön, dass wir doch viele Tage einfach nur im Haus geblieben sind, um morgens im Sonnenschein auf der oberen Terrasse zu frühstücken und danach direkt in den Pool zu springen. Vom Pool hat man Blick direkt aufs Meer.

Die Villa Sol ist ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren zu Zweit für 12 Tage dort in El Sauzal. Besonders hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer gefallen. Im Wohn-Essbereich gibt die riesige Fensterfront stets die Sicht aufs Meer frei. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, selbst Gewürze, Zucker, Mehl und Öl waren vorhanden. Reinigungsmittel zum Spülen und Waschen ebenfalls. Der Kontakt zu den freundlichen Vermietern verlief einwandfrei

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben nur den oberen Teil des Hauses bewohnt, da die untere Wohnung erst bei Nutzung durch mehrere Personen geöffnet wird. In der Wohnung oben war es sehr geräumig und wir haben den Platz am Anfang bei schlechtem Wetter genossen. Bei bald folgendem besseren Wetter haben wir dann auch den Pool und die Terrassen (mehrere!) genutzt. Dabei hatten wir einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, den wir aber auch schon von drinnen genießen konnten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, besonders können wir die guten Betten mit überlangen Bettdecken erwähnen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und vor Ort war sehr gut und jederzeit für uns da.

Wunderschöne Finca

Die Finca ist sehr schön. Uns hat nichts gefehlt! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Der Ausblick von der Finca aus ist der Wahnsinn. So schön. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter sowie der Service war ebenfalls perfekt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in einem schönen Haus. Der Pool war beheizt, so konnte man wirklich auch schwimmen ohne zu frieren. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war gut. Die Grillecke war mega. Bei alcampo bekam man alles was das Herz begehrt. Man hat den Blick auf das Meer und auf den Teide. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet bei der Fa Cicars und das war wirklich günstig und unkompliziert. Also auch sehr empfehlenswert. Hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe an diesem Ferienhaus. Wundervoll!!!!!!

Sehr schöner Garten und Aussicht

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 4 Personen in dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Bruns und Schlüssel übergabe durch einen Tresor hat super geklappt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, genau das haben wir gesucht. Die ersten Tage dachten wir, wir sind komplett allein in der Straße so leise war es. Man konnte sogar die Wellen hören. Das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat war der große Garten mit der Blütenpracht, es gab immer was zu entdecken. Der Pool ist wirklich groß 8x4 und ca 1, 60 tief, wurde geheizt und war immer angenehm warm. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön, war jeden Tag unser Abendprogramm den Sonnenuntergang anzugucken. Die obere Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und viel größer als man auf dem Foto sieht. Wenn komplett dunkel ist sieht man sogar Sterne. Der beste Strand für uns war Playa la nea mit feinem schwarzen Sand, sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und wollten gar nicht weg. Vielen dank für ihr schönes Haus. Traumhafte Unterkunft auf traumhafter Insel.

Von der Buchung bis zum Verbleib war die Kommunikation mit Familie Bruns sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Frau Nadine Hoffmann hat uns in Empfang genommen, sehr gut eingewiesen und gute Tipps gegeben wo man einheimisch Essen kann. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an sie und Familie Bruns wenden. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, die Kulisse ist malerisch und man kann das Meer rauschen hören. Im Wohnzimmer hat man die Möglichkeit die Fenster so zu öffnen als sitzt man draußen. Die verschiedenen Ebenen machen es möglich, dass man sich jederzeit aus dem Familientrubel zurück ziehen kann. Für jung und alt ist hier alles da was man braucht und sogar darüber hinaus. Die Küche ist richtig gut ausgestattet, Gewürze, Backpapier und co. sind vorhanden. Vor dem Einkaufen also erstmal schauen was wirklich benötigt wird. Das vorhanden Kanarische Kochbuch wurde ebenfalls genutzt genau wie die vorhandenen Reiseführer. Der Garten und der Pool werden von einem Gärtner sehr gut gepflegt. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, wobei die Busanbindungen zu den vielen verschiedenen Stränden auch sehr gut sind. Der Ort selbst hat auch einen schönen Strand den man mit dem Auto schnell erreichen kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, sind weit über 1000 km auf der Insel gefahren und haben doch noch nicht alles gesehen, daher sagen wir, wir kommen gern wieder, eine tolle Unterkunft kennen wir ja schon 😉 Alles gute für Sie und das der Waldbrand schnell besiegt wird. ❤️
