Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Highlight ist die ca. 50 qm große ganztägig sonnige Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Teide. WLAN ist schnell (zwischen 30 und 160 MBit), TV hat alle Anschlüsse (HDMI, USB). Die Ausstattung ist komplett, aber z.T. verbesserungsfähig (Besteck, kaltweiße Energiesparlampen, Sofa mit steiler Rückenlehne). ##### Roger G.
