The main floor is really nice, having recently been renovated, with two great bedrooms , a nice living area, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a great balcony with an awesome view. The porch is large and spacious but is in need of some repairs; a paint job and a general fixup in this area would be great, the cushions are in need of replacement.
