The house was very central to all of the shops and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are a few maintenance things that need to be tended to (front steps are broken up \[but it was noted they had scheduled to get it fixed in a few weeks\] and the kitchen sink water doesn't get hot). We really appreciated how clean the house was and how that all of the kitchen-ware/pans were in great condition. Only thing to note is that if there are people in the downstairs unit, you can fully hear everything clear as day. There was only people there for a short period of time, but it sounded as if they were in the house with us.Sil & Gil!
