  • Spacious and quiet contemporary house ideally located 10 minutes from the center of Dijon (historic center and its Palace of the Dukes) and 5 minutes from the Route des Grands Crus de Bourgogne. (Beaune, Gevrey-Chambertin, Chassagne Montrachet ...).

    The house can accommodate up to 17 people, it is composed of:
    * A large garden with terrace and shaded pergola for dining
    * A large living room with kitchen open to the dining room for a large table (17pers)
    * A lounge area with TV (satellite) and 3 sofas
    * 5 double rooms
    * 1 tripe room
