This hotel is under renovation and coming along nicely. The rehabilitated buildings come with luxurious fixtures and relaxing decor. A perfect retreat! Being that it is just up and running, some ammentities will need to catch up. But there is someone readily accessible if you need them. The room is large, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom - amazing! Very modern with a shower stall that has a super fancy shower that's rain shower, hand shower, waterfall and jets. And one of those neat toilets that wash you and dry you. In the Con column: there is no signage that we could see so finding our unit in the dark was difficult. More to the point, there is virtually no outdoor lighting and the paths and steps really need upgrading, so it was actually quite dangerous. We had two beds, but the mattress for one was very old so there was a big dip in it. Lots of little things were missing: no Kleenex, the coffee station had no stir sticks (we ended up using the ends of our toothbrushes!), and only one packet of sugar.
