    Located right in the heart of downtown Saugatuck and boasting views of the harbor and park, this lovely family home is the perfect union of comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll be swept away by the home's luxurious interior that includes a gas fireplace, burnished floors, and lots of comfortable furniture to spread out in. Stream your favorite Netflix movies or shows on the large flatscreen TV or catch up on your latest mystery novel then head into the full kitchen to take advantage of the stainless steel appliances, terrific cookware, and ample counter space to prepare tonight's culinary masterpiece. Between the handsome dining table with seating for six and the breakfast bar with four barstools, there is plenty of room for everyone, but you can always head out the furnished deck to enjoy your meal al-fresco while taking in the beautiful harbor views. Off the kitchen, you'll find two bedrooms: the main bedroom enjoys a king-size bed and an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has a queen with a bath across the hall. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. What's nearby: You'll have a tasting room right below the home, plus lots of terrific things all around you! Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The rental was clean and in a great location. Having no designated parking spot, was less than ideal, especially during a busy summer weekend. We ended up not going out and around as for fear of not getting another parking spot when we got back...so that hindered our enjoyment factor. The balcony/deck area was COVERED in spiders. I mean we did not go out at all as it was not a relaxing environment with the amount of spiders everywhere you sat...especially at night when you could not see them. This was unfortunate as that was one of the features that sold us on renting this place. The only other issue that occurred were odors that seeped into the rental. It happened two mornings, between 8:30am and 12:30pm. First morning smelled horribly of sewage, the second morning smelled of garbage/dirty diapers. Both smells eventually dissipated over the day, but very strange and gross.
