Best Sister's Weekend!
We LOVED Lucky Lucy! Sweetest little place in the perfect location. We loved the hot tub. The bed was comfy, neighborhood was quiet, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only recommendation would be to place a small soap dish in the bathroom What did we do? We were there over a Easter Weekend. The Saugatuck Dunes and beach are beautiful and worth the hike! This time of year I didn't even stop to think about how many of the restaurants wouldn't be open. We made it work! The Butler was open and has great variety. Thanks for sharing Lucky Lucy!

We had the best time at Lucky Lucy for a kid-free weekend celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday! We loved the close proximity to shops and food. Lucky Lucy was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely return!

A delightful weekend getaway: thank you!
We had such a wonderful time during our weekend getaway at Lucky Lucy. It was the perfect size space and ideal location for all of our Saugatuck area adventures! Everything was so clean, renovated, cozy, and ideal. We especially loved the hot tub. We used it each night. The second night it was flurrying, so it was such a fun experience being cozy and warm in the water with the cold snow showering down on us. Thanks for making this much needed getaway possible! We also appreciated the clear and concise instructions for our stay. Thanks for the clarity! All this to say, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our weekend retreat than Lucky Lucy! We are already imagining the next time we can return. Thanks again and Happy New Year!

Short Vacation
Great location, the house was cute and cozy. The bathroom is very small. If you have someone that wants to put on make up or blow dry their hair, it’s hard to find a place to do that, certainly no room in the bathroom. My wife would stay here again, so that means I would as well 😀.

I️ really enjoyed my stay! Since I️ was traveling alone I️ would have liked to have known that the property was on the corner of a busy street and the hot tub was essentially in the front yard, I️ felt a little exposed! But other than that everything was great!

Thank you for staying with us, this is on the corner of Lucy and Holland street. The hot tub is surrounded by arbrivities that do give you some privacy for the hot tub.

Fantastic place
Great location. Studio was perfect size and cozy. Location is walkable to everything, restaurants, shops, and bars. Only complaint was the hot tub heater wasn't working. It only would heat to 80 degrees so it wasn't usable. Not really the fault of the property manager as we didn't try to use the hot tub until Saturday afternoon and it wouldn't have been fixed in time. Just letting the rental know so the next guest can use it.

The hot tub at times does go into a sleep mode and you just have to turn up temp and it will get to temp in about 15 min.

First Timers in Saugatuck.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lucky Lucy. It was very clean, just the right size for 2, decorated nicely and had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The linens and towels were very nice quality. We were only a short 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the bed isn't very comfortable as it sags to one side but that would not stop me from staying again.

Nice Stay
The unit was decorated nicely and the mattress was comfortable. The location was good. The house and yard are well cared for, and management seems to be on top of things. The one issue I had was the mildew smell. We were fine because we left the windows open and the fan running most of the time, but the smell became strong whenever the windows were closed. There was a plug in air purifier running, but I think more interventions are needed during the summer months. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless! It is a cute and convenient space for the price.

My husband and I stayed here for our mini moon and it was perfect. Property was clean and exactly as listed. Within walking distance of downtown, this property was perfect for our getaway! The hot tub was a great amenity too!!

Clean Rental Close to Tow
The rental was just as pictured. Very clean and accessible to downtown. It was on a busy corner but that is what you get when you want to be downtown. The hot tub was a nice addition for a couples getaway.

We had a nice stay here during Tulip Time. The bed was amazing! The tv didn’t work like it said (Hulu live) and when I called to ask about it, they never called back. The door was also tricky to lock from the outside. Overall, cute place, very nice, very clean.

Great Oscar Showcase Weekend
What a lovely little property. Everything met our needs perfectly. The walk to downtown is so easy and makes the cottage truly live up to the adage location, location, location!!! Had a delightful time. And the smart tv worked wonderfully. Got in 5 of 10 Oscar nominations in very comfy, yummy quarters! Now 7 down, 3 to go! Thanks for the hospitality.

This is a clean, safe place to stay VERY near shopping and dining options! It's perfect for 2!
This is great little studio close to what Saugatuck is known for ...food and shopping! It worked well for my husband and I . Could fit 2 smaller children too, but there is limited storage space. As much as we loved so many things about the place, we could not sleep together! The bed definitely rolled to the middle. I spent the second night on the couch!

Great location- an extremely short walk to town. Ideal location for biking walking and local activities. The home was very well appointed and updated in terms of decor. The bed was also very comfortable and the hot tub was the perfect relaxing treat after a few days of hiking the local dunes.

Absolutely loved staying at Ethan's place in Saugatuck! We could walk everywhere in town. We used the kitchen to make dinner and loved chilling in the hot tub. The host was very responsive to questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Nice place, but noisy if the neighbors do much laundry
The apartment was clean and comfy for two people. There is everything you need to prepare meals, if you are on a budget and don't want to eat at the great (but a little pricey) restaurants in town. I personally don't enjoy cooking and really loved being walking distance to so many great places to get a nice meal. The one big problem we had during our four night stay was noise. The main house laundry room is right on the other side of the wall from the bed in the Lucky Lucy unit. The family staying in the house did several loads of laundry per day, sometimes as early as 8am and as late as midnight. The noise made it hard to relax and sleep at times. There is also a decent amount of loud traffic noise that comes through the open windows at all hours. (The property is right on the main drag into Saugatuck.) I'll likely choose a bed and breakfast with a more controlled environment for my next visit.

Great property!
Very clean and nicely done. Nice little walk to downtown. We stayed with our infant who slept in a pack n play. In the summer it does stay light later and despite having blinds on all the windows it was still quite light for baby. If you are bringing a baby/toddler I recommend brining a sleeping pod to put over pack n play to make it darker for them.

Great location and clean property
This place has many positives - proximity to downtown, clean and modern, designated parking spot but has one drawback - lack of storage. It didn't occur to us how inconvenient the lack of clothing and bathroom storage would be until we arrived. A small dresser under the TV would have been great for clothes, otherwise we just lived out of our suitcases for 5 days. The lack of counterspace in the bathroom was also tough. Yes, we noticed these things in photos, but until we arrived and went to unpack, we didn't realize how tough it would be. Again, the property is great and check-in process couldn't have been any easier!
