"Very clean and quiet. Location was great in terms of proximity to Saugatuck, Douglas, Holland, and Saugatuck Dunes State Park. We used the pool/hot tub every night and it was surprisingly empty (most people are probably at the beaches or Lake.) Would definitely recommend or stay there again!"

"Updated motel. The owner, Retro Rob, was very helpful with places to eat and hikes to take. Room was clean. Pool area was nicely landscaped, lots of seating, and beach towels to use. "The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The driveway to the two upper parking spaces was a little scary at first--steep, and hard to see if there are any cars parked there before you commit, and can't see over the edge when you're headed back down. But I got used to it after a couple times. The place was quiet, and the patio near the upper pool is a nice place to sit to watch the water. A convenient and quick drive to the beach/lake. The internet shut off in the morning on the TV, etc...

"This was the perfect unit for a girl's weekend with my daughters. Only drawback was the fold out couch which was either broken or just old and cheap. The couch was comfortable by itself (which is what I ended up sleeping on) but we couldn't use the fold out bed and since there were 3 of us the king size bed wasn't quite enough. The pool was beautiful, the grounds were lovely, and the staff at Beachway resort were super nice. Free coffee and doughnuts in the office were an especially nice touch....
