The location was excellent. There are several little hiking trails you can follow right from the resort. It is also an easy walk into town.

Great for a family ski trip
This is a great place to stay as a base for your Winterberg ski trip. Apartments are basic but large, bright and fairly comfortable (although beds are hard!) The view from our apartment was lovely and there’s a great balcony where you can sit and eat/sunbathe if the weather is good. Staff are generally very helpful. The wok restaurant is good. The best thing about this place though is the great spa, lovely indoor pool and really atmospheric, cool big hot tubs outside in the snow! Very good value. Definitely recommend. Book early to avoid disappointment!

I have stayed at the Hapimag several times. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and diner buffet are fine. Fitness and pool area a nice bonus.

Ski trip half term
A lovely complex from which to base yourself if visiting Winterberg. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We are looking at going back next year.

Excellent accommodation but too strict at pool
Apt was very spacious & well equipped. Very peaceful & Winterberg village just 10' walk away. Ski hire/lifts less than 5' drive. We were able to ski on fake snow, amazing! Pool & sauna area is also excellent but ruined by person on duty saying no kids U18 after 19h30 yet nowhere does it say this at booking or in accommodation information, very disappointing. He cleared 3 happy families from the pool at 19h30 on 31/12/16. The reception was closed when I went to complain. There are restaurants on site but no bar area. But village is really lovely to stroll down to for food etc.

Excellent ski stop
We went to winterberg to meet up with our son who was working there for ski season. Staff were very helpful and friendly, facilities were very good and immaculately clean . Very convieniant to town and bus . We got a family bus and rail ticket free for our stay on check in which was nice .

Family Stay
The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. The on-site ski rental was very convenient for my children and the covered parking facility is another plus. On-site pool / spa was clean and well staffed, as were the three restraunts. The actual accomodations were also well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay here on future visits and would highly reccomend it.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft begeistert. Sehr familienfreundlich. Mit Spielraum für klein und groß, Schwimmbad und Sauna. Tolle und qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung der Zimmer. Tolle Raumaufteilung, sehr sauber, schöne Aussischt. Auch Ski-Set konnte man sich vor Ort zu fairen Preisen ausleihen. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Frühstück war nicht möglich, da ausgebucht. Schwimmbad nicht in Betrieb. Zimmer / Appartement abgewohnt. Heizung defekt, wurde behoben, ein Heizkörper blieb aber ohne Funktion. Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich und engagiert.

Über die Wochenende ist unser Resort sehr gut ausgelastet und das Restauranthat nur eingeschränkte Möglichkeit aufgrund der Coronapandemie und der daraus resultierenden Auflagen. Daher empfiehlt sich eine frühzeitige Frühstücks-Reservierung. An der Wiedereröffnung des Schwimmbads arbeiten wir mit Hochdruck. Wir hoffen, dass Sie eines unserer anderen Angebote nutzen konnten. In den nächsten Jahren sind umfangreiche Renovierungsmaßnahmen geplant. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie einmal wieder in unserem Resort begrüßen zu können.

Es sieht aus wie ein kleiner Dorf. Hotel, in dem man auch selber kochen kann. Es war aufgereumt und man fühlte sich wie in einer Wohnung.

Un séjour détente entre amis réussi à tous points de vue, endroit très calme et reposant. Excellent centre bien être où nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de convivialité. Très belles balades en forêt dans une nature environnante. Dîner dans le centre ville dans une ambiance bavaroise et une dégustation de vin chaud au marché de Noël. A refaire et à recommander

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Beim Check-In begrüßte uns das nette Personal und man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Service war immer top, die Wohnungen sauber und geräumig. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung und zum Wandern, aber auch für die Kinder findet Programm statt. Die Restaurants bieten leckere Speisen und laden zum Verweilen ein. Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tæt på skisportssted- men halvkolde spa.
Dejligt tæt på skisportsstedet. Man kan købe liftkort og leje udstyr på hotellet. Vandet i spabassinerne var lidt koldt efter vores smag. Godt at der er køkkenudstyr så man selv har mulighed for at lave mad.

Nette schone kamers. Helaas geen oven. Bed beetje hard. Douche kraan lastig om goed intestelle. Verder prima en nette en schone accommodatie. Vriendelijke mensen bij de balie bij inchecken. Helaas de wifi op kamer slecht vaak geen wifi ontvangst Zeer smalle parkeerplekken in garage als je een brede auto hebt en moet voor betalen

Wij verbleven 2 nachten bij dit Hotel. Een keurig hotel. Netjes en schoon. Medewerkers zijn vriendelijk. Het diner buffet behoeft meer aandacht. Het is redelijk, maar niet in verhouding met de prijs. Daarentegen is het ontbijt wel goed. Verder een prima hotel met goede faciliteiten. Al met al

Nette accommodatie , mooi ruim appartement. Wat we minder vonden is dat de banken ook een slaapplek zijn maar waren erg hard om oo te slapen. Werden door andere gasten getipt dat wr bij de receptie soort topper konden halen, dat gedaan maar ook met topper was het nog erg hard. Ook een onaangename verassing is dat he bovenop de accomodatie kosten nog €7,- parkeerkosten pet nacht moet betalen.

Werkelijk alles was netjes, schoon en af. Opgemaakte bedden, nergens vuil, vaatwasmiddel, voldoende wc papier, niets kapot, uitgebreid servies, schone badkamer met schone handdoeken en shampoo/douchegel. Info bij receptie prima, snel in- en uit kunnen checken. Sauna goed.. Kortom, alles wat we konden wensen van deze accomodatie. We verbleven er op basis van logies.
