"Great location, central but very quiet. Rooms were spacious and well appointed room. Staff was helpful and their English was very good. Had access to the Cereulean Lounge which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if wanting to stay in Shibuya."

"Very accessible to the shops in Shibuya (Parco Mall, Don Quixote) restaurants, shibuya crossing and metro, i highly recommend this hotel. Although the room is bit small, they have a kitchen and laundry room and a social room on the 2nd floor. The staff is very warm and i love that they gave Japanese treats on our 1st day. "

"Nice hotel about a 15 minute uphill walk from the train station. I would cab/uber it next time. Laundry machine inside the room was very convenient. Room was small but sufficient. 25 minute walk from shibuya square. I’d stay here again. "

"Fantastic location right in the heart of Shibuya. Plenty of space, comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchen. Excellent bathroom amenities and the washer/dryer in the room was brilliant as we could wash and dry clothes overnight each day. There's a 7-Eleven next door, a cool craft beer bar in the building basement (but no noise disturbance), and the location is a short 2-3 minute walk to bars, isakayas, shops, and about 8-10 minutes walk to the train station. "For a hostel setting in Shibuya, it really cant be beat. True double sized beds. Really clean shower and toiler facilites. 8 minute walk from the main train station/shibuya crossing. Free Beer hour for all guests at 5:30pm-6:30pm. Nice lounge to hangout in to met fellow travelers. Price is a little more than some hostels but the bigger beds and location well make up for it. I would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The rooms are cute, small but very clean and modern. The restaurant/bar downstairs was great and it was conveniently located to many places in shibuya. Once you get the hang of the subway which is less than 5 min from the hotel, everything is smooth and you enjoy Japan. "

"Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! "First time staying at this hotel and definitely plan to stay here on my next Japan trip. I reserved 2 of the suites and the rooms were very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is about 20 minute train ride from Shibuya and the station is literally a 5 minute walk. The staff were so kind and the coffee shop was very delicious. "

"This hotel was very welcoming and so clean (it just opened at the time of this review). Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff and were offered tea and coffee while checking in. The room was very clean and nice. Only concern was there was no iron or steamer in the room, but I imagine you can ask the hotel to provide one at check-in. Otherwise I would highly recommend! Location is right across from Ebisu station which is one stop away from Shibuya (7 min train ride). "
