"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. "Loved this property which was convenient to trails, gondolas/lifts and some nice restaurants in town. Great amenities, comfortable and beautiful design. With the hotter weather while there are floor to ceiling windows/doors for ventilation, a nice addition might include fans that allow for airflow when the doors/windows are closed at certain times of day. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property"
