The Villa Friede-Marie is very exposed, centrally and quietly above the Sassnitzer Stadthafens. Restaurants, shopping and a swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity. The historic old town, the town harbor, the chalky coast and the unique Steinstrand of Sassnitz can be reached in just a few minutes. In Villa Friede-Marie there are several holiday apartments. An elevator is at your disposal. Sassnitz is a state-approved resort and thus Kurabgabepflichtig.

Apartment * Meeresidyll * is on the 2nd floor - with a lot of comfort in the holiday- With a floor space of 77 m², the exclusive apartment can accommodate 2 people maximum 4 • The apartment is very tastefully decorated and suitable for wheelchairs. • Has a high-quality tiling and underfloor heating. • The living area has a comfortable sofa set, which can also be used as an extra bed for the 3rd and 4th. Person is available. TV, stereo system with DVD player and free Wi-Fi is available • The high-quality fitted kitchen is open to the living room. Large dining table with 4 seats. • The bedroom has a large double bed with a spacious wardrobe • The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, toilet and hair dryer • The south-facing balcony (26 m²) with magnificent sunrises and sea views Your holiday • A parking space and a garaging for your bike or the like are available in front of the house. Bringing pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment with consideration for subsequent guests. • Upon request, we will provide you with a travel cot, cribs for children and a highchair for an additional charge of € 10 each.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
