We would like to warmly welcome you to our bright, romantically rustic “Elsa” holiday rental! At approximately 100 m², it is the largest holiday rental at the Dubnitz estate. Its unique layout gives it a very special charm! As a duplex apartment with an open wooden staircase leading to the two additional bedrooms on the upper floor, it’s truly a feast for the eyes. Except for the bathroom, it features a hardwood floor that creates a particularly cosy atmosphere and a warm, inviting feel. The numerous exposed and partially freestanding ceiling and wall beams also contribute to this! Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, cosy light thanks to its many windows! — The romantic curtains, combined with the lovingly chosen accessories, add to the special cosiness! — The upper floor features a warm, underfoot cork floor. - Here you’ll find two additional sleeping areas with a total of four sleeping spots (two separate beds and one double bed), so it can accommodate up to six people. When you enter the apartment, the first bedroom is straight ahead, offering a view of the large estate garden. It is furnished with white wooden furniture, including: - a large wardrobe - a spacious chest of drawers - a large, comfortable double bed with matching nightstands and reading lamps - a full-length mirror. The wooden window faces the estate garden, and the rustic curtains complement the overall style of the apartment, which is further enhanced by the wooden floorboards. When you step out of the bedroom, the spacious, naturally lit bathroom is on your left. You’ll find the following amenities: - a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser - a tissue dispenser - a shower with built-in shower gel and shampoo dispensers - a toilet - a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags - a tiled floor (bath mats are provided)—a clothes drying rack—ample storage space. From here, look out into the truly large and open-concept living-dining area, which includes the fully equipped kitchen. In this room, you’ll find exposed wooden beams. A real eye-catcher! The view of the open wooden staircase is also something special. This makes the apartment very bright and inviting. The kitchenette offers: - a refrigerator with freezer compartment, - a stove with a ceramic cooktop, - a dishwasher, - an exhaust hood, - and an oven. - A toaster, - a coffee maker, and - an electric kettle are, of course, included as standard equipment. - Plenty of cabinets provide ample storage space for your groceries. The large dining table is just a short walk away! Take a seat at the beautiful wooden table with its matching chairs and enjoy your meal. The slanted skylight here lets in plenty of light and makes this space very cosy. To your right in the living area, you’ll find the beautiful couch with an ottoman and a large coffee table with many separate compartments. There are several blankets available here so you can put your feet up in the evening and wind down comfortably. - The comfortable armchairs invite you to relax or read. - The TV is placed on a large wooden sideboard and can be viewed from anywhere in the living area. - A glass display cabinet provides additional storage space.Straight ahead, you can look out through the large wooden window with its pretty curtains into the estate’s garden. From here, you can access the upper floor via the open wooden staircase, where the other four sleeping areas are located. Once upstairs, you’ll see the two beautiful, freestanding beds on your right. Between them is another wardrobe. The warm cork flooring covers the entire upper floor, making it very cosy. The other bedroom, separated by a wooden door, captivates with its stunning ceiling design and the lovingly selected decor and furnishings. - Exposed ceiling beams in the gabled roof turn this room into a little fairy-tale room. - To the right is the comfortable double bed—with nightstands and reading lamps. - Straight ahead, you’ll see a small wooden window with coffered panels and curtains in a romantic, rustic style. - There’s also a skylight here. You can’t help but feel at home here and enjoy relaxing nights in a cosy atmosphere!

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor House!
At the end of the village street, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazel bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the property! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800
