The Lenea penthouse apartment in Villa Friede-Marie measures 106 m² and accommodates 4 people. This modern and cosy apartment features 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious living area. The cosy sitting area and a fireplace invite you to relax. The dining area and the fully equipped kitchen—which, like the apartment’s entire furnishings and location, meet the highest standards—leave nothing to be desired. The larger bathroom features a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. There is also an additional bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment includes its own sauna as well as a washing machine and dryer. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which is furnished with high-quality sun loungers and seating. The unobstructed, magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, the city harbour, and Binz Bay round out this luxurious experience. A parking space and a storage area for your bicycle or similar items are available in front of the house.
Out of consideration for future guests, pets are not allowed in the apartment, and smoking is prohibited.
Arrive and feel right at home! We’ll have the beds made for you upon arrival. The total price includes a linens package for each guest. This includes a duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, and hand towel. Additional linens can be booked.
