It’s about 800 metres to the city centre and about 1.5 kilometres to the harbour. Everything is easily accessible by car or bicycle. City buses also run through town. In addition to the harbour with its long outer pier, sightseeing boats, fishing boats, and numerous restaurants, Sassnitz also offers a wide variety of shops and supermarkets. The house stands on a lot of approximately 490 square metres with parking spaces right next to the house as well as bicycle storage. The house features a terrace with patio furniture and a grill in the garden. Wi-Fi is available in the house.
