The beautiful property is 1300 square meters and is located next to an old historic villa, which in former times was a summer residence of a rich Berlin merchant. The 2004 opened complex has 11 apartments in high-end equipment (1- to 2- room, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, stereo, elevator, underground parking (duplex parking system), whole or partial Baltic Sea panorama) and are suitable for Spatial distribution also for friendly families. Keine brauchbaren Kopfkissen, nur kleinste Nacken Minikissen. Wasserventil Spüle defekt, Abluftanlage WC/Bad ohne Funktion, Duschtüre im unteren Laufrahmen schmutzig und mit Schimmel, Anordnung Bett / TV / Sitzgruppe sehr unpraktisch, Bett zum Sitzen mit dem kleinen beweglichen Kopfteil ungeeignet. Bei Ankunft befand sich der Zimmerschlüssel nicht im angesagten Schließfach, konnte erst nach Rückruf korrigiert werden, Ansprechpartnerin hatte die falsche Telefonnummer.
