Situated on the edge of the forest and in the historical Alt-Sassnitz, it is within walking distance to the town center. The nearest sand beach is about 6 km away. You can buy shopping nearby. At the Stubnitzwald: Comfortably furnished 2-room apartment (50 sqm) with separate kitchen and south-facing balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea • In the bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows there is a sofa bed, two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, flat screen TV, radio. • The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. • The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Was den Gesamteindruck trübt, ist die sehr lieblose, zusammengewürfelte Einrichtung. Die Küche ist nicht nur unschön, sondern auch absolut unpraktisch eingerichtet, ebenso das Schlafzimmer (z.B. billiger Klapphocker anstatt Nachttisch). Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sehen ordentlich, sind jedoch unbequem, der Balkon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Damit passen Einrichtung und Renovierungszustand überhaupt nicht zum Preis. ##### Christof S.
