"Beautiful place and their breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious with quite a bit of variety and food options, not just your basic continental breakfast!"

"A little further out of the city but the room was nice and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had included in the hotel price.
I would stay here again!"

A lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds and pillows of anywhere we stay. Good location and the rooms are nice and big with lovely bathrooms and large showers.
Breakfast has enough variety and the waiting staff are proactive in cleaning up and restocking.
Free parking right outside your door and pet friendly makes it our go to when we are in Modena.

My wife and I randomly booked this accommodation as we were looking for a place in the country side close to both Firenze and Bologna - and it was great!
The place is in a remote but stunning location and the room was very clean! The hosts were so kind and friendly, giving us hugs and local recommendations which we appreciated. It is a lovely place to stay if you want to be in peaceful and quiet place but want to be around an hour drive away from bigger cities. The breakfast was also...

An unforgettable stay at Gelso Bianco!
We had a wonderful four-night stay and enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was exceptional, and the food — absolutely superb!
We shared unforgettable meals with family and friends at their restaurant, which truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the presentation to the flavors was world-class. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and authentic hospitality. 🌿💫 Thanks a lot!

Lovely to stay in such an interesting building in an unusual place. Welcoming reception and spacious, comfortable suite with everything we could possibly want.

Very quiet, rural area. Excelent hosts with breakfast options
that would shame most quality hotels.
Room was comfortable and spacious with excellent on suite facilities.
Would definitely stay again

We were looking for a unique place to start our holiday and Ca’Palazzo Malvasia really delivered. A former hunting lodge 15 mins outside of Bologna, set in rolling hills and accessed through miles of gravel driveways interspersed with iron gates, the Palazzo is full of sloping corridors, staggered steps, grand rooms and antique furniture, with bookcases bulging with texts from the 1800s. The family room (2 double beds) was fully in keeping with the feel of the place save for a modern bathroom...
