A perfect pied-à-terre to discover Sarzeau and its surroundings with simplicity! Step through the door and let yourself be seduced by an interior that is both warm and functional. The large living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals. The dining area has a table for 2 people, while the comfortable lounge, with its sofa and television, is ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. At the back of the room, a large bedroom awaits you, equipped with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm). A bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine completes this accommodation designed for your comfort. The accommodation has a private parking space in the inner courtyard of the property.
