Les deux sdb sont un réel confort. Le garage permet de ranger sans pb vélos et leurs carrioles pour les enfants. La literie est de très bonne qualité et tous les équipements sont en très bon état ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. Proche des plages, moins de 15 mn à vélo de Sarzeau par les pistes cyclables en pleine nature, supérette, pain et pizza à 5 mn (toujours à vélo... il faut garder la forme).
