About this property

Logeo Eco-Villa. Presqu'île de Rhuys - Gulf of Morbihan

  • New house (2019) of 150 m2 on the Rhuys Peninsula in the Gulf of Morbihan.
    500m from Kerassel beach and 800m from the small port of Logeo.
    In a very quiet area, our house will bring you all the comfort of a modern house. Very bright with its large picture windows which overlook a south-facing garden.
    It is a privileged place for family holidays in an environment conducive to relaxation.

    A stone's throw from Kerassel beach, ideal for children at high tide. The ocean beaches are 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bicycle.
    Many cycle paths and hiking trails accessible from the house.

    Description of the house:
    Cathedral lounge with a lovely exposed framework and mezzanine upstairs.
    Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room.
    Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and wc and 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and wc accessible for a disabled person.
    1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 approachable single beds each, 1 independent bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 1 bedroom with 2 approachable single beds with 1 bathroom and private toilet, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and crib.
    New Bultex bedding.
    Possibility to park 3 vehicles. Large attached garage.

    Optional: bed linen can be made available (count 10 euros for a 90 cm bed + 1 towel / 15 euros for a 160 bed + 2 towels / tea towel package + bath mat for 15 euros)
    Additional option: beds made (count 7 euros per bed)

Séjour en famille à sarzeau

Une semaine au top en Bretagne nous avons retrouvé notre famille au complet dans une très belle maison. Très bien équipée : cuisine jeux électroménager barbecue … une localisation proche du logeo pour des activités plage et balade en bateau. Un peu plus loin du centre ville. Il nous a manqué uniquement le beau temps !

Très bien !

Très bien. Maison très agréable, moderne, assez bien située. On peut quasiment tout faire en vélo sur itinéraires cyclables. On a eu un petit appel de la propriétaire a l'arrivée pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien, ce qui est très gentil

séjour en famille

maison très agréable pour se retrouver en famille avec beaucoup d'espace permettant d'accueillir enfants et petits enfants. les abords sont très sympa avec le vivier d'huitres et le port du logéo et la petite plage de kerassel. attention quand même à s'organiser pour les courses, pas de commerce à proximité. en conclusion des vacances super avec une météo plus que clémente.

Trés belle maison dans un très beau cadre !!

La maison est très agréable pour un groupe d' amis ( 10 adultes) avec un jardin avec barbecue et plancha à 800 du port de logéo. Trés bon accueil de la gérante.

Maison familiale oú il fait bon vivre

Séjour en famille avec 2 couples et 5 enfants ( de 3 à 17 ans) Magnifique maison, bien située, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Rien ne manque, tout est parfaitement équipé et notamment la cuisine. Lecture et jeux de société à disposition Jardin agréable et au calme Katia qui s’occupe de la gérance nous a parfaitement reçus et nous a donné de bonnes adresses dans la région Bref un séjour sans faute! A recommander sans hésitation
