Spazierwege, Golfplatz alles gut erreichbar, viel Abwechslung mit kurzen Fahrdistanzen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat ein gutes Hausklima, alles Holz. Schade ist der Garten nicht eingezäunt, das wäre gut, wenn man mit dem Hund anreist. Wischen wird schwierig, die Besen sind sehr verbraucht. Die Küche ist gut bestückt, viele Sachen nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Küchenmesser nimmt man besser selber mit. Doch wo muss man nicht ein Auge zudrücken.
