Its location allows you to visit the peninsula, do your supermarket or market shopping without taking your car. Accessible by Vannes TGV station with the possibility of being picked up at the station by us (contact us). Villa 10 min from the Crouesty Golf Course and Marina.
The villa is fully air conditioned and secured by alarm. You will benefit from a heated swimming pool from April to October and a spa for 6 people at 38 °. The villa benefits from a cinema room (20 cinema seats and large format video projector and Bose system), games room with ps4, 2 billiards ...
The night area consists of a suite with a sea view terrace, 4 bedrooms with single or double 90x200 beds and 2 dormitories for 4 people with 90x200 bunk beds. The villa has 4 bathrooms, one with a spa bath. Villa equipped with home automation, Wi-Fi and all high-quality material comforts (washing machine, dryer, LED TV, fireplace, oven, microwave, hob with integrated host, American fridge with ice / water, barbecue. .).
Private parking for cars and bicycles. Possibility of having rental bikes delivered free of charge directly to the villa via our bike rental partner in Sarzeau.
Weekly bookings outside school periods sometimes benefit from a 40% reduction. In this case arrivals and departures are every day except Saturday and Sunday.

The photos of this property just quite didn't do it justice!. We had a fantastic stay at the villa. We were five families and there was plenty of space and the outdoor area was brilliant with plenty of space. A really enjoyable week. We had many questions on the lead. up and Pascal was very quick to respond to all of the questions we had. /he met us at the property and spent time to show us how everything worked and all important information. Great location for a group holiday and the shop across the road had everything we needed so a trip to the supermarket was not always needed.

Réunir nos 4 enfants, les conjoints, les petits enfants, arrivant de plusieurs départements, quel bonheur. Nous étions 16, les cousins heureux de se retrouver dans une location offrant de nombreux services: piscine, jacuzzi, salle de cinéma pratique le jour où il a plu. A proximité de la côte pour nos ballades, pas loin d’un château passionnant à visiter… bref de bons souvenirs et photos

Villa d’un grand standing située très proche de la mer.
Nous y avons séjourné en famille pendant lequel nous avons passé un excellent week-end.

GRAND confort pour cette maison ,et GRANDE qualité des prestations. Des salles de bains fabuleuses ,des lits ultra confortables.
Nous étions une famille de 13 personnes (3 générations) et avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité immédiate de la plage et de le supérette .
Grand confort aussi de la salle video avec quantité de jeux et films proposés.
Quant au jacuzzi: le TOP !....avec jeux de lumières et musique.

Superbe séjour et splendide villa
