The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!

One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit.

Struggled to find anywhere in the vicinity. I have used a Brit Hotel before which appeared to be an old Confort Hotel.
This is directly opposite the Notre Dame church. Easy walking to the city centre. It’s 2* so it’s not a Mercury or Novotel but it was clean and convenient. Price was good.

"I only needed to stay for 1 night so it would probably be better for a longer-term stay. Close to the train station which is what I needed. No AC in the room and it was very hot. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Didn't use the kitchenette but it seemed fine. No outlet to charge your phone next ..."
