The view from our B&B was amazing - the sheep wandering around were calming and our hosts were around and eager to help if needed - but we didn't need anything - a very relaxing stay - Thank you Graham and Deborah!

We would have loved to have extended our stay. Down to Earth Farm Retreat has to be one of the most comfortable and equipped places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

Peaceful place to relax

Very comfy room with balcony from where you can look kangaroos during the sunset. Actually we saw about 40 kangaroos in one evening. Hosts were very friendly; they had arranged a huge breakfast (that you cooked) with eggs and homemade jam! Recommend if you want to relax and enjoy peaceful countryside.

You are treated to private quarters in their own home so you won't feel like you are staying in accomodation meant for travellers. Especially love the shower and their bed. They put your comfort foremost and it's these small details that makes all the difference. If you are one of those who enjoy being away from traffic noise and slowing down life's pace for awhile while on the road, this place is for you. I never really know what to expect when I book an accomodation but with this one, you shouldn't worry. The pictures does the place no justice. We stayed there for 3 nights and can easily do more.

This unique retreat is in a stunning, peaceful location and the apartment sized lakeside suite has the most incredible views. The rooms are super clean and spacious and allow you to enjoy the beautifull bush and wildlife on your doorstep. Debbie goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and I will definitely be back!

Tranquility plus

We stayed in " The Burrow" at Down to Earth Farm Retreat and had the most relaxing time enjoying the beautiful scenery, the quiet, the wild life. Debbie & Graham have built a beautiful place on the ridge at Sarsfield you can see the love and enormous effort they have put into producing this amazing living area, one to be passed down the generations. Debbie was a warm and welcoming host, the firdge was well stocked with home made jam and yummy breakfast. I have already recommended this retreat to anyone who will list. We will definately be back :)

Amazing underground surprise.

We had an amazing weekend at The Burrow. We loved everything about the place... how it was set underground and the interiors are fantastic. Most importantly, Debbie and Graham were so warm and hospitable. My kids were also so happy to see the kookaburras and the echidna. We would definitely love to come back and recommend to our friends!

Friedlich, ruhig und sehr sauber.

Dieser Ort, dieses Haus und diese Gastgeber waren das Beste was uns passieren konnte! Debbie und Graham sind so herzlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich bei ihnen wie Zuhause. Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe ins Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht glücklich zu sein. Man spürt, dass das wunderbare Haus ihr ganzer Stolz ist. Die Aussicht vom Hügel ist atemberaubend, die Tierwelt rund ums Haus wunderschön! Am liebsten wären wir geblieben :-) Vielen Dank Debbie und Graham für diesen einmaligen Jahreswechsel bei euch auf dem Hügel!

Incredible Farm retreat

This is an incredible place on the middle of Australia country side. Located within minutes from Bairnsdale on a beautiful farm looking into the mountains and lakes. We got welcome by Sally(the owner), and the wild Wallabys and Kagaroos that live on the surrounding forest, to see the sun setting and get checked in within minutes into a beautifully decorated apartment. You are able to explore the Farm and take a walk on the sheep pens to see the orchard and jumping kangaroos.

Amazing location and facilities

We loved our stay at Down to Earth Farm Retreat. We couldn't take our eyes off amazing views from the living room and the hosts were lovely. We wished we had more time to stay at the farm. It was a wonderful experience with attention given to every little detail.
