The holiday home is located inside the tourist complex of Porto Columbu, 1km from Pula and 10 from the beaches of Chia and Teulada, the house is divided into 2 units, 30mt from the beach, served by a kiosk bar and beach equipment. The residence with its marina is served by rubber dinghy rental, pizzeria bar and restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, ideal for evening walks. The apartment is located behind the main unit, has a bathroom with shower, a kitchen complete with all appliances and dishes, a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot, an internal log with table and chairs, an external barbecue and shower . Quiet village ideal for families with children.
