The central city location provides quick and easy proximity to hospital, restaurants, and shopping plazas.
The main floor is comprised of 2 spacious bedrooms, a completely renovated full 4pc bathroom, the eat-in kitchen, and the living room plus work space, while the second floor features the second bathroom with walk in shower (also completely renovated) plus the 2 additional bedrooms.
Four (4) BEDROOMS: The 4 spacious bedrooms each offer super comfy QUEEN sized beds for a restful nights sleep, plenty of storage options and are decorated in relaxing neutral tones with a few fun quirky touches. There is plenty of closet space and additional storage in dressers for your belongings.
KITCHEN: The updated and fully equipped kitchen provides the ability to prepare your own home cooked meals. There are plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils and even some casserole dishes provided that let you get right down to creating your feast. Feeding a small army? No worries this space offers a full sized fridge and stove; in addition to smaller appliances like coffee maker, microwave and toaster. PLUS - the brand new built in dishwasher certainly helps to make clean up a breeze.
LIVING ROOM (with Work Space): The living room is decorated in soft neutral tones for a relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options for your group to settle in around the 42" smart TV (with unlimited internet use for streaming your favourite shows, movies or sporting events) The work space offers a laptop friendly area for guests needing to stay connected while travelling. Internet/WIFI connectivity is strong and will support multiple devices simultaneously.
Two (2) BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms have been completely renovated from the studs on up.. both new bathrooms feature sleek new looks, contemporary fixtures and modern decor. Plenty of towels are provided and our guest amenities are environmentally conscious. (and umm... well... they smell amazing too!)
LAUNDRY: ✔ YES!! - there is a laundry room available for use. ✔ YES - the laundry room is shared with the lower unit ✘ NOPE!! - there is no extra charge to use the machines
The entire main upper floor of this home are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
* The lower "Granny Flat" is a separate space and not included in this listing. There is potential for guests to be occupying the lower/basement unit. * The outdoor space and laundry facilities are shared with guests of the lower level unit. * Designated parking for upper unit provided in the driveway. (2 spaces wide - 2 spaces deep)
We respect the privacy of our guests. We live only a few minutes away and are available by phone or text should anything arise or you require assistance.
If you prefer to walk on your adventure, only a couple blocks away you will find a variety store or the hospital, a short 15 min walk in the other direction, you will find Northgate Plaza. This plaza offers a drug store (Shoppers), restaurants/bars, pizza places, shopping and banks.
There is a bus stop located at the end of the street and many local taxi companies, if you don't drive. Sarnia is located approx. 1 hour from Detroit and about two and a half hours from Toronto. Sarnia does have an airport and a train station - be sure to check with them directly for service times and availability.
Required to climb stairs to access the entrances to main floor and upper levels.
This home has an updated furnace and central air to keep you comfortable, no matter the time of year.
Notes: Space accommodates a firm max of 10 people (INCLUDING children/infants). This is NOT a party house.

The location and size of property were perfect for our needs. Quite well equipped though I was a little disappointed that there was no iron provided. Ironing board but no iron.Over all it was clean and comfortable.

This property on VBRO is not as advertised on TV “You get the whole house” Turns out we were sharing the property with a noisy client basement. After traveling 3 days by car from Halifax and wanting a quiet restful place to sleep we got loud noise late into the evening until I complained to the host. I feel I got very poor value for my money and was very disappointed with this experience. Although the house was clean some of the appliances and furniture were in poor shape. I used VBRO on other occasions and had no problems. VBRO I cannot believe you accepted this host and property on your site.
