The worst ultra all inclusive hotel you can ever visit . The food as sooo bad , ordered nachos and guacamole, had to wait two hours in this a la carte restaurant, only to get half an avocado with a unbearable sauce on top . The tacos were so bad as well . There is no customer experience , no follow ups , no attention . I lost my sunglasses and they could not care less to try to find it . Everytime i try to speak with the customer service they say they will look into it and never reply . One of the worst hotels i have been in .

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I will definitely be booking again! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Mr. Savaş, the hotel manager, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The front desk staff were also wonderful, professional, kind, and always ready to help. It’s the warm hospitality and great service that make me want to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful room with a private terrace. The room was huge, as was the bathroom. Everything was clean and we had our room serviced every day with new towels. The pool area was stunning and so was the private beach on the marina. We spent a lot of time here during our stay. You get new beach towels every day which is great. Breakfast had a wide range of options and was lovely in a lovely setting under the olive trees. This is such a beautiful hotel highly recommend! The only thing I would improve is having slightly cheaper drink options - a beer was the equivalent of £11, which isn’t great. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!
