The three-storey accommodation consists of a total of 3 residential units, each offering a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, and a total of 7 bedrooms with space for 16 people. Please note: when booking the entire property, the ground floor apartment is accessed via a separate outdoor entrance. Each unit is also equipped with WiFi (suitable for video calls), a work area for home office, underfloor heating, and a Smart TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 2 covered terraces, and 2 balconies. The accommodation offers an ideal location for various sporting activities in the Sarntal Alps. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance, and Bolzano/Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A parking lot is available on the property, and further free parking spaces are available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The doors are wide and easy to reach. This accommodation has recycling rules; further information is available on site. A shuttle service to and from Bolzano airport can be organized for an extra fee (up to 8 people per trip). Shuttle services to and from Bolzano train station, as well as to and from Verona and Innsbruck airports, can also be organized on request. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit. Absolut tolle Lage: Supermarkt, Wanderwege, Sportplatz alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Familienurlaub und würden jederzeit die Unterkunft wieder buchen! ---
