The home features high speed 200mb fiber optic internet with ethernet and Wi-Fi in every room, modern finishes, exquisite furnishings, and every amenity you could want on vacation. Not a single detail has been missed in this home - High end whole house BlueTooth sound system, patio tables with built-in ice buckets, a massive covered BBQ area, coolers and pools floats, are just some of the amenities you'll enjoy. Every room and terrace space offers views of the Pacific Ocean and the lush landscape surrounding the home. The main floor of the home opens to a wall of windows that overlook the ocean and the surrounding mountains. The living room has a large, comfortable couch and a 65" Smart TV with doors that open to the covered terrace. The elegant dining space has seating for 8 plus there is a breakfast bar seating for 6 at the kitchen island. The sprawling kitchen has 2 fridges (both a full-size and a dual-zone bar fridge), 48" commercial grade gas range with 6 burners and grill cook top, dual ovens plus an electrical wall oven, a coffee bar, and is perfectly appointed with small appliances and kitchen amenities. The main floor has a separate laundry room and half bath as well. Just off the living area is the first of 4 bedrooms. Step outside to the main floor terrace that spans the length of the home. Guests also have access to the Ocotal Beach Club, in Playa Ocotal. Playas del Coco is just a 25-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. It was completely what I was looking for in a vacation home for our family of eight. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the spectacular views from every area of the house, including the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house accommodated so well, with each family member enjoying their own private bedroom/ensuite, with balcony access, walk-in tile showers, and generous closet space. Patio was a wonderful area to gather, relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, while taking in the beautiful view. Pool was great too! Would have been even better if it were heated since it doesn’t get a lot of sun (your skin will thank you), but that was never really an issue given you have pool access at the beach club. And the Coco Bay Beach Club was a wonderful amenity. We enjoyed Sugoi and the staff there so much and spent lots of time at the pool and gym. The driveway to the house takes a little navigating because it is so steep, but very much worth the view and provides great exercise. One other important thing to note, Rich Coast is a great management company. Their team, Kerri, Rebeca, Jose, Marian and others did a tremendous job of taking care of our every need from pre-arrival questions, to making sure we had everything we needed at the house, scheduling transportation, excursions, spa services, grocery store recommendations…EVERYTHING. Instant responses, most impressive. We travelled with 8 friends and found the house spacious, comfortable with many social places inside and out. The view is spectacular from each room! The kitchen was well equipped, each bathroom had a large shower and double sinks. There was one major downside, the pool was too cold to swim in. We used a meat thermometer to check the temperature and it was 71 degrees. It impacted the time we spent at the house. The pool and outside patio were in the shade the entire day. We contacted the property company but they said the pool did not have a heater. There was a console that said there was a pool heater so we weren't sure if this was true. Either way, it was hugely disappointing. We used the beach club which was very nice and convenient but we wanted to stay and swim at the house. Despite this, we would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house and location. If a pool is important, keep the temperature in mind. One more thing, the driveway is very steep. We'd recommend planning your car rental to accommodate. The car we rented quit half way up the driveway. We finally got the hang of it with less people in the car. We walked up vs driving. We were blown away the moment we got there - the pictures are great but in person it is bigger and more beautiful…and the breathtaking views just mesmerized us. We were traveling with 4 young ladies and it was great that the main bedroom was in the first floor and the other rooms were on the second floor. We each had our privacy but could come together in the main living area. When you walk into this house, starting with the front door (now I want a big door at my own house), everything is impressive. That view….incredible!!! All the showers have ocean views. The outdoor kitchen is wonderful! The kitchen is top notch!! We really didn’t even have time to thoroughly enjoy everything about the house. The photos in the listing are absolutely accurate. We always felt safe, but the gate and security system were a bonus. Car rental was a breeze! We always use Adobe anyway, but they definitely treated us right. This vacation was absolutely unforgettable! The home is even more stunning than the photos—modern, spacious, and perched high with sweeping ocean views from every room including the bathrooms that took our breath away every single day. From the sleek design to the gorgeous infinity pool and luxurious amenities, everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom felt like a private sanctuary, and the open-concept living spaces made us feel immersed in nature.One of the highlights was the incredible wildlife right outside our door—we woke up to the sounds of colorful birds, spotted monkeys swinging through the trees, and were surrounded by beautiful butterflies throughout the property. It truly felt like paradise.What made this trip even more special was the outstanding service from Rich Coast Vacations. Their team took care of everything, from arranging our private driver (who was friendly and reliable), to scheduling personal chefs who cooked us fresh, delicious meals. They also booked a dinner at the nearby castle. They set up WhatsApp so they have instant contact for anything!One note for future guests—the driveway is very steep, and not all vans can make it to the top.
