Great location, close to del coco and playa hermosa, both were great spots for swimming with quiet beaches. The kitchen in the house is well equipped and the house was very clean. "We had an awesome time at Little Dubai, Lot 102. The house has amazing views!!! The lot is one of the larger lots in Pacifico and has a ton of privacy and a lot of beautiful landscaping. Sort of a private oasis.....Very comfortable living/TV area as well with nice leather chairs and sofa. The pool was great as well. As noted from a previous renter, they need to add cushions to the outdoor wooden lounge chairs. Couldn't really use them without the cushions. This should be an easy fix. No closet...

"House is in a gated community and sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the minute you park and walk in you can immediately see the ocean with the floor to ceiling windows. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the host helped us rent a golf cart to go to town and explore. "We had a great time in CR and at this property. House manager was available throughout the trip. House is super pretty and had everything we needed to cook. We hired a private chef through the management company and I highly recommend doing that at least once during your trip. The food was amazing!"

"View from this property is stunning and sunset views from the top pool deck were beautiful. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and was everything we were looking for. Restaurants and beach were a short drive and walk away. We did walk a couple of times to the beach and town but we would consider getting golf carts next time for the convenience ...and to avoid the walk back up in the hill in the heat."

"Lovely place right on the beach. Feels like a very Costa Rican place with beautiful outdoor lounging areas, lots of space inside, and a great location. As other reviews have mentioned, some locals will use the grass in front of the property for picnics but our experience was they were all very friendly. One guy even came back the next day to remove their garbage. We will definitely be coming back."

The home has a washer and dryer, which came in handy. One opportunity for improvement are the bedroom doors. They rub on the floor and some of them do not latch. A handyman could correct that easily. "Can't beat it! The house is amazing and from Tim to Reyna to the concierge team, everything was perfect. Communication was great and it was so nice seeing Reyna's bright smile every morning. We spent every evening watching the sunset in the pool with a cocktail, it was breathtaking. We enjoyed having dinner on the patio and lounging on the hammock. Bottom line, Casa Timlin was the best place to be for our vacation! We look forward to returning soon!"

"The house was perfect for our party of 4 with a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again the house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Rich Coast was very responsive. We were even treated to seeing the monkeys come through one evening. The one thing I would suggest is to put up a curtain in the shower window in the bath off the kitchen so you can have a bit of privacy from the back deck sitting area other than that, everything was great!"

We were surprised to learn that there was conflicting information on the VRBO site about its exact location: the overview described it as walking distance from the beach, while the in-depth description clearly stated that it's in Sardinal.
