The staff were super friendly and helpful and all around lovely people. The room was large and very clean and everything worked well. Was well located and easy to get a rickshaw to the bus/train station. Breakfast was great too!

時々朝食が準備されなかったこと、ホテル側のお願いで結婚式があるから系列の別のホテルへ2晩移動するように言われたこと、元のホテルへ戻った際にグレードの下がった部屋へ案内されたことの3点はとても不満でした。 しかし、急遽別都市へ移動する際に電車のチケットを購入してくれたこと、友達40人ほどとBBQのために庭を使わせてもらう事など、キッチンの使用など柔軟に対応して くれたことはとても感謝しています。
