I traveled here alone in early September. The property was beautiful! The rooms were very clean and modern, and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The property is secure - I felt very safe there. The food was incredible, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I hope to come back with my family soon!

It was a wonderful experience. Front desk staff were very helpful throughout our stay here. We had to check out very early before the breakfast time and they packed us sandwiches and fruits for the road. Very nice and considerate staff.

The room was spotless and thoroughly cleaned daily during my one week stay. Keren in the coffee shop became my favorite staff member, and the service was exceptional across the board. I’ve been to Jaco many times and I can wholeheartedly recommend Croc’s to others.
