Direct outside access to large garden with grassy area, play area and great views. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay in the countryside. Gite on the ground floor of owners' modern house that also includes another dwelling occasionally rented. Living room /kitchen area /lounge area, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), cot available. Shower room, WC. Central heating (extra charge : + 35€/week from early November to late March). Outdoors : unfenced garden, lawn, garden furniture, shared play area.
