Located just 7 miles from downtown, this renovated 1850’s farmhouse is an enclave of serenity yet convenient to all that Saratoga has to offer. Entertain with ease in the beautifully remodeled kitchen with hand crafted mahogany cabinets and granite surfaces which flow into the dining room. A first floor master, large bedrooms and beautifully remodeled bathrooms accented by the original moldings and 10' ceilings maintain the integrity of this historic home and give it a warm, homey feeling.

Our home is conveniently located minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. Within a 10 mile radius you will find access to Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Lake, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga National Golf Club among a number of other world class attractions.
