  • Enjoy east-side living in this newly updated, historic "Italianette" style home. Our home is centrally located-- an 8-minute walk to downtown and 3 minutes drive, or 20-minute walk to the Saratoga Race Track. This well-appointed, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps one or two families or a small group gathering. We have taken pride and love in updating and designing this house to be a retreat for our family, and we hope that you find comfort and joy in it as well.

    Our home features two separate living areas--a chic and stylish parlor and a cozy den, complete with books, games, and a smart TV. The entire home is outfitted with brand new furniture, mattresses, towels, linens, and decor.

    The primary bedroom features a King bed with cotton high-thread-count sheets, a walk-in closet, television, and a large dresser. The other bedrooms include a Casper mattress, organic cotton sheets, and blackout shades for a high-quality sleep experience.
