. Hotel is in good location
. Staff were friendly and welcoming
. The hotel was clean throughout our stay
. Our bedroom was cleaned daily, except on Sunday. I'm not sure whether this was because it was our last night, due to reduced staffing, or if it was simply missed by accident.
. The lift is out of use, therfore not suitable for disabled people.

Metropole is a great hideaway. It is close to all of the nightlife that Old Town has to offer. I would definitely recommend.

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel is in an old building, and the balconies on the higher floors felt extremely unsafe.
