Welcome to 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀! Kick off your shoes, grab a drink, and enjoy the palm view (our condo’s namesake!) from this beautifully updated garden view unit.  
  
Our condo isn’t directly beachfront, but the 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗳-𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 with over 400 feet of private beach front — just a quick two-minute walk from the front door. In the evenings, head to the spacious sundeck or grab a beach chair and enjoy one of Siesta Key’s unforgettable sunsets.  
  
This 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱   𝟮-𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝟮-𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 is conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the west end of Building 1\. Access is easy via stairs or elevator, and both the pool and beach are just steps away.

We work closely with the on-site rental team and are constantly updating, refreshing, and upgrading based on guest feedback. Our stay was incredible! The owner’s are fabulous and so responsive and helpful. The place is gorgeous, beautiful updates and perfect for what we needed for our family Christmas vacation! They had everything you could need. The complex was beautiful and secure, and we were so happy to have the heated pool and hot tub as well. We will definitely be back!

#### A relaxing and enjoyable property

Thank you Dave and April. The new updates were really nice and we all enjoyed your condo a bunch. It was all very comfortable. The grounds at the Dunes were very beautiful and so nice to have the ocean only steps away. We did several excursions and loved them all. The weather was absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

#### Great place in a great location!

This condo was roomy, relaxing & well appointed. Close to pool, beach, restaurants & shopping. Nice to get to beach & pool without crossing the street. Owners were available for any questions we had. Already missing my beach bike rides & daily swims.
