St Armand's Home with pool

  • Bring the whole family as this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. This very spacious home is almost 2,600 square feet with plenty of room to relax. Huge open living area. You will love the fenced backyard featuring multiple seating areas and a pool to relax in. Portable putting green and safe ax throwing. Lot's of space. It is steps away from the world famous St. Armand's circle featuring fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, beauty salon and a variety of other shopping. 6 minute walk to the beach, 5 min drive to Mote Aquarium, 7 min drive to beautiful Selby Gardens. There is always plenty to do with kayaking tour guide nearby leaving from Ted Sperling Park, and the most beautiful sunsets to see every day. Primary bedroom has a King "Sleep Number" bed, 2nd bedroom has a King bed, 3rd bedroom has single bed that can be made into 2 single beds and entry formal living room has a pullout queen sleeper sofa.

    2 Adult and 2 kid bikes available. Stand Up Paddleboard, Beach cart, chairs and umbrella available.
    Only one Under 25 lb dog allowed, but must be approved prior to rental.
    This is a one month minimum rental property.
