Welcome to this recently renovated mid-century modern house in Sarasota which is in very close proximity to all the best that Sarasota has to offer! This is a sought-after location in South Gate, Sarasota which is very well-located to all of Sarasota's best local destinations!! Beaches, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Sarasota are very close by! You will love the spacious gathering space of the floor plan, as well as all of the modern and upgraded features. As you drive up to the property, you will notice the lush, tropical landscaping. There is a Tesla charger in the garage and use of the garage and EV charger is permitted with no additional cost. If you don't have a Tesla, you can bring an adapter to use on your other EV car (Tesla plug - to - your plug type). High Speed wireless 1000 Mbps (up/download) fiber optic internet. Grounds are maintained regularly. Once you open the front door, you will notice that the house has all LVP flooring. The kitchen is fully appointed with all stainless steel appliances. Toaster, blender, microwave, and waffle maker are all provided. We include plates, dishes, glasses, and all pots and pans. The kitchen includes a K-Cup and Nespresso (original) espresso pod coffee makers. There is a whole-house water filtration system, as well as hard water filtration shower filter in the master bedroom. There is a new LG stackable washer/dryer in a separate laundry room. This three bedroom property sleeps up to six people comfortably. There is a King bed in the Primary suite, Queen bed in a second bedroom, and a third bedroom includes a double bed with a pull-out optional twin-sized trundle bed. The king bedroom and kids room include TV's. In addition to all bedroom linens, the top comforters are laundered prior to your arrival without the use of fragrances. The bathrooms are updated and modern. The master bathroom has dual vanity and shower, and the second bathroom has single vanity and a shower / bathtub combo. To the left of the house, there is a lanai and heated pool, all within a pool cage, which keeps the area clean and bug-free. The pool area and back of the house are completely surrounded by privacy fence. The pool is heated to 88 degrees, but will change temperature upon request. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained weekly. The location of the property is excellent. It is very close to the Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, Lido Key, and the Legacy Trail. The large shopping area at University Town Center is approximately 15 minutes north. It is also close to the major interstate exits. Nearby we have Starbucks, Publix, and Trader Joe's! Please message with any questions about the property or location. Up to two small-medium dogs are allowed with prior permission (please inquire first with breed type and size). Feel free to message us for a quick response regarding pets. Renter is required to cleanup all pet waste, dander, food, and cost of any pet damage inside and out. The property is amazing! Clean, private, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet. Once you’re in the house, it is completely private due to the landscaping. You are a short drive from Siesta Key, St. Armand’s Circle and many restaurants and stores. The owners we quick to respond to questions and very friendly. Even thought we did not have nice weather, the screened in pool with comfortable furniture with nice backyard made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. We had our 2 fur babies who enjoyed running in the fenced in yard. Eric is very quick to respond and the house is beautiful. Exactly as pictured and a perfect location to get to the Keys, St Armand’s Siesta Key and shopping. Nice warm pool to swim in and tasteful decor. Very good communication with owner. From the moment we walked through the front door, I could already tell this would be one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve had in a long time. This beautiful mid-century modern is casual, cozy, and as inviting as they come. This vacation home had everything we could have possibly needed for a week away, from bath essentials to paper towels to dishwashing detergent. Plenty of towels, washcloths, and beach towels. We loved not having to bring beach chairs or umbrellas. Thank you for providing all these items for your guests! The only thing you need to bring is yourself. So convenient to great restaurants and beaches, about a 15 minute drive to our favorite, Lido Beach, and the best part was coming home to the private, screened pool. Our fur baby loved lounging in the shade while we floated the afternoons away! I can’t recommend this home enough and hope our family has the opportunity to stay again! ##### Susan D. We had seamless communication and he remained responsive to our questions.The house is tidy, neat and is in a ideal location to discover the Sarasota area. The place is perfect for families or friends up to 6 prs. The state and tidyness is way above average i.e what is available in the category. Just one comment for improvements: we could use one more beach chairs and the existing gear need to be replaced due to the wear and tear. Also a set of big each towels would bring the experience to the level of perfect.We appreciated the welcome cookies, orange and water that Eric left for us for our late arrival.We give a honest recommendation! ##### Attila B. The house was in the perfect location. Beautiful Siesta Key was 17 min away and Historic downtown Sarasota ( a must see area) only 10 min. from the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard that was our own oasis. The pool was kept nice and warm. Eric was fabulous with communicating with us. We had a small problem with the food disposal and he was there immediately to fix it. The house was such a cute mid century modern that felt comfortable.We also loved that when we arrived, we had cookies and croissants and a few staples to get us by until we could make it to the store! ##### Michelle K. The neighborhood is quiet, although it does sits adjacent to a busier street. The home was quiet inside and road noise was not an issue for us. Unfortunately I did not realize the amount of traffic in area so when I read close to beaches that was not exactly what we got, it was definitely 20-30 ish minutes to most useable beaches. I found it to be good location, we ate several meals in downtown Sarasota and enjoyed several parks, trails and beaches. Fully enclosed back yard, no grass. The home was immaculately maintained and very well situated for us to enjoy many local attractions. We were excited to try some of the local eateries recommended by Eric and they did not disappoint. When we weren’t exploring the area, the quiet neighbourhood allowed for much needed relaxation around the pool in the lovely backyard oasis. Eric was very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. His dedication to the comfort of his guests and his desire to ensure guests enjoy their time at his property is readily apparent. The house is beautiful, the heated pool perfect and the hosts friendly and attentive. Only (unimportant) “complaint” is that being Seniors, we’ve never “cut the cord” and wished there was cable instead of streaming on at least one of the 3 great TVs. We’re doing a long term rental at Eric’s property. He and his wife couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. The house is immaculate. A/C works great. Nice clean showers and bathrooms and comfy beds. Built in caged pool and fenced in private yard is a huge plus. BBQ grill too. Nice clean comfy couches outside on the lanai. Whatever we needed the owners were immediately on it. Communication is beyond friendly and easy. Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet. Great for sleeping! All the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Eric left a list of local restaurants to go to and everything is basically 5-10 minutes away. Siesta is so close. We go for gelato frequently. What could be a very stressful time for us has become a comforting home base until we close on our home. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Pool beach and everything needed to enjoy your stay. Cleaning products and a separate room with a washer dryer. So many great products were there for us upon arrival along with Haagen Daas ice cream, cones and cinnamon rolls for us to enjoy. Plenty of linens and beach/ pool towels.
