Weekend getaway

We were able to relax, the pool is nice. Being close to the tiki bar was also nice. You will hear the airplanes but it was nice to be close to the airport.

Beautiful setting

The room was nice and cozy. The view of the marina was fabulous. And most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. This was my second time staying here and ill most likely stay here again when i am in the area.

We stayed 2 nights for my husbands Dr check-up. This was an amazing place. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar next to the hotel was very nice. Good food, good music and met several locals that were very friendly. The view of the boats and sunset was an added surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and the check in was flawless. The Tiki Bar attached to the property had great food (however the service on one of the days was very slow). The two nights of our stay had a great band. The marina was very relaxing. Very close to the Sarasota airport, Owen’s Fish Camp and Cortex Fishing Village

Great place to stay!

We loved it! We could have used a few more towels but we were told ahead of time for longer stays to bring our own. We stayed 3 nights. We got 3 bath towels for the two of us together. We could buy more if we wanted but we made it work. Loved the view. Loved the Tarpon Tiki lounge and the pool. Very clean.

For the value it was a good place to stay-nothing fancy, clean, comfortable bed and easy access to major roads. It is near the airport so a lot of airport noise, landing and takeoffs = but no air traffic after 11 pm or before 7 am. If you are looking for a bargain in the Sarasota area, I would recommend.

Searching for condo

Check in girl wasn’t friendly. I declined getting daily breakfast buffet because it sounded like mostly rolls breads waffles… I’m looking for omelet bar. That said she neglected to tell me that I could get coffee! Instead I was buying coffee at diner next door. The girls in morning were lovely and when I asked if I could buy coffee they told me it’s free. The restaurant food delicious! But the grouper dinner 47 crazy expensive!

Good for a short stay. Only issue we had was not enough lighting. My wife had a hard time w make-up every morning because of not enough light. Floor was dirty, if you walked around room in bare feet they were black. For the price it was a very good stay. Did call 0n-site manager # listed on Vrbo but never a response re the lighting.

The setting right on the marina with water and boats just a dozen steps from the door makes it feel like you're at a resort. Breakfast at Cragans is a 3 minute walk. The Tarpon Bay grille right on the property has music and good food. It's hopping on Friday and Saturday. All around 5 stars

Our go to stay in Sarasota

We stayed her for 19 days. The unit was as described. All issues were addressed quickly. The covered patio area right outside the door almost seemed to be an extension of the unit. Proximity to the tiki bar and pool were a big plus. Gorgeous sunsets and we even saw manatees in the marina. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

The room was just as described. Location by the Marina is quite nice. The Ramada, which handles the room's maintenance, resolved issues extremely quickly and painlessly. In addition, they have a nice restaurant (Tarpon Bay?) which is a great place to grab some food, drinks, or listen to live music. Located very near SRQ airport and about 20 minutes from Lido Key Beach, which quickly became a favorite location for us. Dave, the owner, is responsive to emails sent within the Vrbo app. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable Vrbo/hotel bed on which I've slept. Ten nights without a backache is nearly miraculous for me! I would definitely consider staying at one of Dave's locations in the future.

Beautiful view

The value for the room is good for short term stays. The king size bed is not new, it was most definitely used regularly by the indentations but it is comfortable. There is no dining area within the room. However, plenty of space just outside the room as part of the hotel property. Kitchenette included small fridge, microwave and single serve hotel coffee pot. Close to airport, beaches, quiet area in the morning and day time. Hotel was accommodating and a wonderful resource for any local questions.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay. Management has done a great job with the upgrades and upkeep of the property. The landscaping is immaculate and the housekeeping is stellar. It was a pleasure relaxing in the mornings and evenings beneath the large, marina front tiki cabana that is directly in front of the unit. The units is as described. Large, comfortable king size bed. Plenty of storage via the Tommy Bahama style dressers and wardrobe. The unit is everything we hoped it would be. We certainly would not hesitate renting this unit again. We thank the owners for their dedication to keeping a first class rental.

The staff seemed quite annoyed when we asked them to help us with our lighting issues so much, though that we didn’t bother to share any other concerns during our stay. The shower door was off track, and when you turned on the bathroom lights, all they did was flash, so it was like being in a disco The location to some of the amenities were nice though.. such as the pool, and the on-site parking was easy to access and I felt safe However, did not anticipate music at the tiki bar every night so that made it kind of loud But the little seating areas around the marina were nice
