PARADISE ! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with incredible views

This spacious large ground floor corner unit is just steps away from the pool, hot-tub, fishing pier and poolside BBQ's. One of the few units with an incredible direct view of the bay and pool. Voted the #1 beach in the USA, Crescent Beach, with it's beautiful quartz sand which looks and feels like powdered sugar, is just a short walk through the Palm Bay Resort. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for you at the beach.

This condo easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size pull-out couch.
Fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances. Free wireless internet, 42" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the master bedroom. Puzzles, board games and books are provided in the unit. Nicely decorated with a coastal theme, this condo is perfect for a beach vacation!

Great back bay location and soace

We really enjoyed the location of this unit. It was right by the pool, back bay and fishing dock. Our host was so helpful and we loved our stay. Lots of space in the end unit!

Relax in Siesta

Beautiful Condo as listed with beautiful views. You can watch the sunrise right from your window or walk outside to the pool area. Karin was great communicating information needed prior to check in, or anytime if needed. Would def stay here again.

Perfect location overlooking the bay and pool

This was our family’s second time staying in this unit. The condo is very clean and spacious. The owner is great to work with and provides very good communication. The location of the condo is perfect - first floor, directly overlooking the bayside pool, dock and water. Even spotted some dolphins swimming in the bay on a few of the mornings!

Cold week

The temperatures were in the 40’s Monday through Thursday, however the heated pool and hot tub just steps away were wonderful. We watched dolphins from the hot tub where we met so many nice people. Stores, restaurants and the live music were very much enjoyed. The private beach is the best.Unit was well stocked, very clean and comfortable.

Beach get away

Lovely rental for a relaxing long weekend. The rental was very comfortable. Lots of natural light and great view of the intracoastal waterway and the pool. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely book again!

The pictures do not do it justice!!! Absolutely the best place I've stayed in all my stays in SK!! Extremely roomy! The master bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Lots of extras! The boogie boards, cooler, beach wagon and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs! Many games, free items, lots of storage.... The outdoor patio opens straight to the pool which was our favorite! The bay had sightings of manatees and dolphins. A major plus is that you can use the same code to drive to the ocean side and you could park in the spots that weren't reserved (and there were many extra spots!) In my opinion it was the best unit of the entire place. Definitely would stay again!

Great getaway

Was looking for a quick getaway to destress with friends. This was the perfect place for that. The condo was great, location perfect and pool on the bay was amazing. Goulding recommend it enough.

Perfect vacation rental!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The bay side location was great for us. I loved being able to look out the window and see the sunrise every morning, and the kids loved being so close to the pool/hot tub. Plus it was an easy walk to the beach on the gulf side. The condo was very well equipped, with lots of extras we didn’t expect (games, pool toys, coolers, fishing poles, lots of extras in the kitchen). Communication by the owners was also excellent! We had a plumbing issue (clogged toilet) on our first morning. Karin had someone out there to fix it within the hour! Siesta Key itself is also the perfect beach destination. I definitely plan to stay here again!

Paradise Stay

We booked a 3-day stay over the Christmas holiday and the unit has a wonderful view of the pool and bay. While the kitchen was well appointed, the dishwasher was broken. The mgr was prompt in her response, but wasn't resolved during our stay. No washer/dryer in the unit & tiny master bathroom. Overall, a decent stay.

Pure joy

We love this unit and this place. The unit is clean with a great location of the sunrise over the Bay. The walk to the beach along the alley of the palms was beautiful. We loved all the security and friendliness of the staff. Corinne, the owner responds quickly. We'll definitely be back!

Great apartment break

The apartment was as it was described and met our needs perfectly. The decor and equipment provided is above and beyond other places I have stayed and the apartment felt truly loved. The owners/management do a great job to make you feel at ease and to bring the seaside atmosphere to the rooms. Check-in and door access very easy and worked just as it should. A great apartment within a great between the bay and the beach.

Perfect location!

Karin’s condo was perfect! It’s right on the bay side- we watched all the boats pass by during morning coffee. Kids loved the pool and being so close to the condo, they could easily go back for a quick drink or snack. It was a short walk to the beach thru the property. Beach was amazing- the property supplies beach chairs which was very convenient. The condo had beach supplies and plenty of towels. Karin was so accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a much needed getaway!

Palm Bay Club Bayside

We had a great stay at this Bayside condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen supplies were a bonus (coffee filters, extra garbage can liners). This unit is the 1st unit closest to the pool (ground floor) and was fantastic. It was great watching the boats go by the pool area. In addition, it was a simple walk to the beach. We would definitely like to go back. Thanks Karin!
