Property sits right on Siesta. Key Beach has its own beach that they rake every morning keeping it in great shape.

It was a great trip. Management company needs to communicate better with resort, did not have updated codes and mandatory bracelets. Needs more towels and supplies in unit. Otherwise, amazing

The ad said there was a sleeper sofa, but there wasn't. We brought an air mattress, though, and there was plenty of room for it in the spacious living area.

I liked the beach. I hated the fact the bath tub wouldn't drain. I made a complaint and was informed that matinance would be to my room the next day. Matinance never came, i was clearly ignored and not thought about. On top of that renovation was going on around my room, sounded like drills coming through the walls.

Easy walk to the beach, liked the hot tub, but only half the jets worked, nice heated pool. Kitchen sink was clogged when we got there, light bulbs in bathroom burned out, towel bowl ran, mold on bathroom ceiling, kitchen table had sand all over it

Nice location but place needs updating

Location was great, short walk to the beach. Bed was wet when we arrived, kitchen needs work.. cabinet doors falling off when opened, tile in kitchen missing, refrigerator old, bathroom had a funky smell and bathroom fan was full of dust. One beach chair was broken. Management company didn’t seem to care when we mentioned these things to them.

Property is wonderfully located right on the beach. The property is a bit dated and the room we had was very old. The amenities were disappointing. Stayed a week and we’re given one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Wanted to clean sand off floor - had a swifter but no mats or pads. Disappointed with condiments provided ins full kitchen. Major lack of towels, blankets, beach towels. We spent lots of money buying the things we didn’t have.

Exactly as we expected! Always an excellent stay

Great property, this was our second time staying at Palm Bay Club, absolutely fantastic! We will certainly be looking to stay here again, cannot beat Siesta Key!

I was surprised that this was a condo. So much space and so clean. I would recommend this to an friend but think I should keep it for myself. I was unable to leave a note in the guest book because I had no pen. I am looking forward to returning to this location.

The condo was across the street from the beach - an easy walk. The beach was beautiful and perfect for long walks. The condo complex was very quiet, but it was two weeks before Christmas and not a busy time. It was a short drive - one to two miles - to shops and restaurants. We vacationed with two other adults, so it was nice that we each had an en suite bathroom.

Management co aweful

The check in company on Columbus Blvd was aweful They could not give us Parking pass, no advise at all on how this condo was run or any advice. I had cracked seat in 2nd bathroom, broken Keurig coffee machine , no one cared. They did not explain how to get pass for laundry machines. They never mentioned the shuttle service at all SCAT.

I honestly was extremely excited about staying here. Then come to find out it's really not with the hotel you have to go check in somewhere else. Pay extra fees. The beds where VERY HARD and need to be updated. We kept getting bit by something come to fine out it was fleas. The ac leaked and to top it off we had to buy a fan cause it was hot. We stayed in 343. Also bring your own towels, cause you have to pay a extra $50 just for house keeping. Worst vacation EVER. Location great!!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The check-in office is three miles from Palm Bay Club. We were told to go to the other office to get our parking pass and come back and get our key when the room was ready. In essence, there was no key, just a code to punch in , which they could have given us at check-in. Also, on our paperwork, which shows PALM BAY CLUB, it states we have free bike rental, the front office, informs us that there is no such thing. Terrible, terrible customer service and the two offices knew nothing about each other. The beach was absolutely beautiful ! No outdoor cafes on the water but you do have chairs available for your stay at the beach.

Building complex/unexpected fees

We arrived late but had an easy way in as were mailed door code. However, had to go do an official check in at an office out of property, which was really to pay an extra fee of +$60!! I don't understand why these fees aren't included. It's a real rip off. Plus, before we went to the admin office, we went to the property office and we're not at all well received by the staff, who were quite obnoxious. I was happy that it was an emptier week as the local people were saying it's usually packed with others. I was under the impression when I booked that this would be a small home not a small condo in a building complex with hundreds of others. Inside the unit it is real great and ok enough. But would not stay again due to the building complex.
