For the price you can not beat the location. One block from beach with miles and miles of uninterrupted beach to to walk. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the Beach House restaurant and Oma's both right at the end of the street. Host was easy to get a hold of and provided perfect check in and check out instructions. We had an issue in the beginning when someone was parked in our parking spot. Even though located one block off the main Gulf Drive, it was very quiet. It had everything you should need. We didn't cook so I can't comment about the cooking equipment. The laundry was great to have. There are some things that need attention: burnt out bulbs, watered down hand soap, and a screen door where the screen is pushed out. My only wish is that it would have been on a lower floor. Pool is well kept and clean with plenty of seating. Quiet and safe feeling complex. Unfortunately the unit itself was disappointing and extremely outdated in many ways. The listing said beach towels were provided - they were missing. Beach chairs that were present were so rusty they didn’t open. When I contacted the owner about these issues her reply was I should go to Publix and buy new ones as previous guests must have stolen hers and left rusty chairs in their place. She never addressed the missing towels. Poor communication and customer service. Also the towels and sheets that were present looked to be 20+ years old. The bed was made with only a sheet- no blankets, comforter or quilt. The “face towels” provided in the bathroom were actually kitchen dish towels. MANY scuffs, dings, peeling paint areas- bathroom door was peeling from the bottom up. The popcorn paint on the ceiling had areas where there has obviously been water damage that they tried to repair. There were also many pieces of dust an inch long hanging from the ceiling- I had to dust the bedroom ceiling so I could sleep without them waving in the breeze. The lights in the laundry room didn’t work- half of kitchen lights didn’t either. AC kept the place nice and cool but it is loud!! I will say I did not mention any of these subsequent issues to the owner after her less than helpful reply to me regarding the beach chairs/towels. ##### Lauren S. It was close to restaurants and trolley stops. Also, the condo was a short walk to the beach. Our host Peggy was great to deal with and answered any and all questions promptly. The owner was amazing with communication and accommodating an early check in for our early flight! The perfect location for walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants! The beach, restaurants, shops and trolley stops were just a short walk away. The unit was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The pool area was surprisingly quiet and a great place to relax and cool off after a day at the beach.Besides some rather noisy neighbors below us, this place was just what we needed to escape reality for a few days! ##### Susan V.
