  • This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.
    You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.
    This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Condo was clean and the view was great! Steps to the ocean and warm pool. The bed was so comfy! Communication from the owner was very helpful with all the details from how to check in after hours, restaurant suggestions and how to control the electric blinds. Great trip! Would stay in this condo again!

This place is absolutely amazing. The view and proximity to the water is perfect. The unit is elegant, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you would need on a beach vacation. The owner is very respo sive and genuinely caring, wanting you to enjoy your time to the fullest. We cant wait to return and give this place the highest recommendation - absolutely perfect.

Jim, the owner, was very easy to work with and was quick to reply to any and all of our inquiries. The on sight staff was great, very friendly and helpful.The view of the gulf and beech were perfect and only steps away from the unit.

The condo was just like it was pictured. The beach is steps away and you are close to food, grocery stores, and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommend.

Longboat Key Vacation

The property was well updated and you could tell cleanliness is a top priority for Jim. We have stayed at quite a few different condos on our beach vacations and this was by far one of the cleanest. Jim was very accommodating and even checked in with us at different points throughout the stay to ensure everything was going well. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Yes, steps from the beach! Property well maintained. Building is older but kept fresh and clean. Interior as listed, nicely decorated. Bed comfortable with good sheets! Nice to have beach chairs on site. Quiet. Go for it!

Beautiful View-Comfortable Unit

So happy we booked this property, this unit was perfect for the two of us. First, the view is fantastic! Sunset every evening from the comfort of your balcony is amazing, and loved that we were only steps from the beach. The property is well maintained.The unit is tastefully appointed, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and all basic amenities were covered. Excellent communication with the owner Jim! Grocery store, restaurants are all close by and the area is truly wonderful. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!
