The living room is spacious and newly decorated with leather seating that is perfect for watching shows or news on the large screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet to unpack. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a large walk-in closet, and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser and a large closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. Eat in the dining room in the home or on the large picnic table outside on the lanai. Although this is a prime location so close to the beaches, it isn't a fenced in yard and there is a fairly busy street nearby. The Beachway Plaza is just a 3-minute drive (0.7 miles away) and offers a Publix grocery store and restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Bradenton river and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. We loved our stay at this property. The house was just off the island making it a short drive to the beaches. There were several other places to shop close by for items that were forgotten. The host was quick to respond to all questions and concerns that we had during our trip, which was much appreciated! The amenities within the house allowed us to easily cook and grill our own meals. The dishes were in short supply so we were washing between each meal-which wasn’t a big deal. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the main bathroom. The water pressure in this bathroom was not great. We tried to run a bath for our youngest after a day at the beach and the water came out so slowly that we never did that again. The shower was a similar situation but when left running for a while it improved some, however the water was only luke-warm. We had a total of 4 adults and 2 kids and we all ended up using the bathroom attached to the master bedroom because it was the only shower that had good pressure with hot water. Outside of this issue we very much enjoyed our stay! ##### Christine B. This home was perfect for our vacation family of six. We enjoyed everything about it. The home was clean and comfortable and was perfect for company to have their own space with bedrooms divided between master on one side with full bath and guest rooms on the other side with full bath. Nice location to get around. Our 1st night we dined @ “The Porch”. It was really good & best cheesecake I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The location was perfect, close to the island and shopping. The kitchen had everything we needed. The split floor plan was great for two couples traveling together as it provided more privacy. The only issue we really had was the water pressure was really low and the air conditioner was pretty loud. However, it was nothing we couldn't handle.
