Modern Sarasota Living
- This 600 sq. ft. property is perfect for anyone looking to spend time in beautiful Sarasota. This one bedroom one bathroom duplex is located 3.5 miles from the beach. There is parking right outside the door and no steps to climb. The modern decor and furniture have been recently updated. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready if you want to eat in or walk across a residential street where there are restaurants, a bar, Papa Johns Pizza and a Publix grocery store. We also have an outdoor grill and a lovely outdoor patio area. The spacious living room provides comfortable seating and the sofa pulls out to a full size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Outside around the back of the building is a full size washer and dryer. There are also 2 bikes available for your use. Stay in a lovely place with an approximate 6-7 min drive to Siesta Key without paying the higher rental rates on the key. Come relax and enjoy this beautiful property today!
