This is a charming and luminous condo of 428 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota.  
  
\*\* THE MEADOWS GOLF: Please note, golf course is projected to reopen November 2025\. \*\*  
  
Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a \*\* golf course view \*\*  
  
★Living Area:  
Enter the condo directly in the very luminous living room with large sliding windows that open to the paved patio. It features a large L-shaped grey couch, a coffee table, lamps, and a smart TV. You will like the charming decoration and how cozy it feels!  
The dining table with 2 benches can comfortably seat 2 guests, or be used as a working desk.  
  
★Kitchen:  
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.  
The kitchen was fully renovated and features new stainless appliances and counter tops. The brand-new kitchen features an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster...Everything you may need for home-cooked meals.  
  
★Bedroom:  
Bedsheets provided.  
The bedroom features a queen size bed, 2 nights stands with lamps, a dressing room, a desk with a chair and a large luminous window.  
  
★Bathroom:  
The renovated en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.  
  
★Laundry:  
You will find a washer and dryer in the building next to the unit. You will need quarters or the approved app for payment to use the washer and dryer.  
  
★Outdoor Space:  
The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather. With its table and chairs for 2, it will be perfect, especially with the view of the golf course.  
  
★Parking:  
You can park your car on the designated parking for the residence (outdoor parking, no carport)  
  
★Pool:  
Enjoy the large heated communal pool next to your residence.  
  
★Amenities:  
There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.  
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.  
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.  
  
★Location:  
Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.  
  
★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)  
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!  
  
★Additional Info:  
This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee of $150 is at the charge of the tenant ($150 per married couple, or $150 per guest.) The fee amount is subject to change.  
The common areas of the private residence features ice maker, laundry (the building next to the unit, quarters needed for washing/drying) and an outdoor communal swimming pool.  
  
★Important Notes & Rules:  
\- No pets allowed per the HOA rules  
\- No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules  
\- No parties, non smoking  
\- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running  
\- Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times  
  
★Add-on:  
Traveling with a little one? We offer a Pack 'n Play for use during your stay for a one-time fee of $50\. This includes clean, fitted sheets for your convenience. Just let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your booking!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the two of us. Clean, comfortable condo in a perfect location. We enjoyed our daily walks on the walking path located right outside the condo and golf next door on the Highlands Golf Course! Lots of shopping and restaurants 2 miles away at the UTC! More great restaurants close by in Lakewood Ranch. We loved our time and will definitely keep this condo in mind for future visits!
